Ron Minks is an experienced executive and board director with a background in finance, governance, strategic planning, Indigenous economic development, and organizational leadership.

He has held senior leadership roles with First Nations governments and organizations, including Chief Operating Officer of Enoch Cree Nation, Chief Administrative Officer of Cowichan Tribes, and Chief Executive Officer of Adams Lake Indian Band. Ron holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo.

He is actively involved in community and not-for-profit governance, including EcoSchools Canada and the Rotary Club of Duncan. Ron brings to CFFP a commitment to strong governance, financial stewardship, strategic partnerships, and advancing financial well-being for Canadians.
