Léa Saadé ASC, C.Dir is a senior wealth management leader with extensive experience supporting and developing financial planning and wealth management teams across major Canadian financial institutions. She currently serves as Regional Vice-President, Montreal and South Shore, at IG Wealth Management, where she leads a team of financial advisors and wealth management professionals serving clients across the Island of Montreal and the South Shore.

Previously, Léa held leadership roles with several leading Canadian financial institutions, including BMO, National Bank, and Scotiabank, where she developed deep expertise in coaching, developing, and mobilizing advisory teams. She also served as Regional Vice-President, Wealth Management, at FDP Private Wealth Management, supporting advisors and associates throughout the Montreal and Laval regions.

Léa holds a Bachelor of Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from McGill University, as well as a joint Executive MBA from Université Paris-Dauphine and UQAM. She is a Certified Financial Planner (Pl. Fin.), accredited by the Institut québécois de planification financière (IQPF). Léa has served on the Institute's Board of Directors since 2021 and is currently Chair of the Board. She is also a member of FP Canada's Development Committee and has been a director on the CFFP Board since 2026.
